Hillwalking. That's what it is called in Scotland. In New
Zealand its tramping. Another term used is bush bashing (for
which Scotland has a rather different meaning).

Mount Binser is a relatively low mountain peak in New
Zealand. It was the first walk we have done so far. Just
at the southern end of Arthur's Pass, the summit offered
great views of the braided rivers and Southern Alps.
